Eligibility for Refund
A full refund is only applicable in the following cases:
The account does not work upon activation, and our support team is unable to fix the issue within 24 hours.
You purchased the wrong package by mistake and reported it within 12 hours of payment (exchange may be offered instead).
No Refunds will be Issued in the Following Cases:
The service was working but later stopped due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., ISP blocking, VPN usage, or device incompatibility).
The customer changes their mind after activation.
The issue is related to the customer’s internet connection, device, or software settings.
The account was shared or used on multiple devices simultaneously, violating our terms.
The refund request is made after 72 hours of purchase.
Alternative Compensation
Instead of a refund, we may offer:
Account replacement if the issue is verified and reported within the first 48 hours.
Extended access if the issue was caused by a temporary service interruption.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without contacting support will result in account suspension.
If a dispute is opened, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer from future purchases.
